The advanced materials industry is listed among Huai'an's key industrial clusters and an integral part of Jiangsu Province's "1650" industrial system. Zenith Steel project aims to become a world-leading production base for ultra-high-strength premium steel cord. Steel cord is a key reinforcing material for radial tires. Zhongtian's products cover the full range of strength grades, serving passenger car and off-the-road tire markets, and have entered the supply chains of mainstream global tire manufacturers. The Jushi Huai'an base is the world's first zero-carbon smart manufacturing base for fiberglass, focusing on electronic-grade fiberglass and electronic fabric production. Fiberglass is known as the "industrial vitamin," widely used in wind turbine blades, new energy vehicles, and photovoltaic modules. Electronic-grade fiberglass is the core substrate for copper-clad laminates and printed circuit boards, closely linked to industries such as AI infrastructure and communication equipment. The base is equipped with wind power projects to achieve green electricity supply.
台华新材在淮安建设绿色多功能锦纶新材料一体化项目，覆盖从再生锦纶丝到高档锦纶面料的全产业链。锦纶丝具有抗压、耐磨、透气等特性，产品用于户外装备、运动服装、高端纺织等领域。企业采用化学回收技术，推动纤维新材料向低碳化方向发展。
Taihua New Material is building a green multi-functional nylon new materials integration project in Huai'an, covering the entire industrial chain from recycled nylon yarn to premium nylon fabric. Nylon yarn features compression resistance, wear resistance, and breathability, with products used in outdoor equipment, sportswear, and high-end textiles. The company uses chemical recycling technology to drive the fiber new materials industry toward a low-carbon future.
